Leksana TH is the founder and Managing Partner
of SSC. He has been working as consultant in organization
strategy development, facilitator for mental & mindset change,
and as an executive coach for overall more than ten years.
His exposures encompass various clients’ engagements both overseas
and domestic. He has been working with clients from various industry
background such as US Fortune apparel in Tokyo Japan, second largest
cigarette manufacturer in Indonesia, Telecommunication Service Provider,
Pulp & Paper Manufacturer, Heavy Equipment Manufacturer, Largest
Indonesian Food and agriculture group, US packaged food manufacturer,
Leading Multinational Life Insurance, Domestic Life Insurance, Cargo
& Logistics Company, Mining Company, General Insurance and Pharmaceutical.
Leksana has been an executive coach for leading blue chip organization’s
executives. He is internationally Certified Master NLP Practitioner
from NLP University of California, USA. He holds degree as a chemical
engineer from Gadjah Mada University and an MBA from Warwick University,
UK.
