    This three-day workshop is designed to help Organization and/or Human Resource Development     Consultants increase or develop their knowledge of the concepts underlying team building. The     workshop is designed for those individuals who are not members of the team with which they are     trying to do the team building.

9. Enhancing Presentation Skills

This     two-day workshop is designed primarily for trainers and facilitators to further strengthen an     understanding of successful organization development interventions and to provide an actual     opportunity to learn how to design such interventions.

     * How to select OD interventions that create "win/win" situations for consultant & client
     * How to identify the key elements of Successful Contracting as part of the design
     * How to identify what type of Needs Assessment is best and how to design, structure, and             conduct it
     * How to create an Intervention Strategy that will enable you and the client to succeed

12. Facilitating Organizational Change
    This two-day workshop is designed to provide consultants and trainers the principles and     techniques that will enhance their ability to facilitate organizational change efforts.
